I have to agree with "Um I’ll just kind of classify it health benefit, cost benefit, social benefit." I have saved a lot of money since I have made the switch. I do have a mech and regulated mod, 2 tanks and 2 RDA. That is it. I do not spend money on the next new and shiny vaping device to hit the market. I DIY my own eJuice also to keep my costs down. Socially, the only benefit for me is the 'ashtray smell'. I do not vape in buildings (except my own home), such as restaurants, stores, or outdoor market/public venues. Basically if I can not smoke there, I do not vape there. I try to not be a Vapehole or rude vaper.
Cost and health benefit definitely. My husband and I are putting into savings about $150 a week, based on what we would have spent on cigarettes. And I can go much further/faster when I'm walking or running than I used to (haven't tried to climb a mountain yet). I still think there are social benefits to vaping. I tend not to vape inside because I blow such big clouds, which I do think is antisocial, but plenty of my friends who don't cloud chase vape inside, and often no-one's the wiser, or if someone does notice they say 'ooh, that smells lovely'. It's actually convinced quite a number of smokers to try vaping, which can only be a good thing.
